Can I add a guest?

yes, organisation admins can add a guest in our ‘user management’ section, on the ‘users’ page for regular users, there is a ‘guests’ page under the ‘trips & approvals’ tab on the navigation menu please note that guests are bound to individual users and are not shared between user accounts adding a guest if you are an organisation admin, you can add a guest by opening the ‘users’ page under ‘user management’ on the navigation menu if you are a regular user, you can access the ‘guests’ page from the ‘trips & approvals’ tab of the navigation menu when on this users page, there will be a button in the top right corner labelled ‘add guest’ clicking this will take you to the guest list page, where you will need to click ‘add guest’ at the top of the page again after clicking the second ‘add guest’ button, you will be prompted with a shortened user ‘profile’ form, you will need to fill this form out correctly and click ‘save’ note that guests are bound to individual users and are not shared between user accounts
