How do I create an Alert?

Alerts are notifications that are sent to all users across your organisation.

  1. You can create an alert by going to the 'Settings' section in the navigation menu, and clicking on 'Company Notes'.
  2. On this page you can see all previously posted notes, with the option to edit and delete them.
  3. To create a new alert, click the 'Add a new' button at the top right of the page.
  4. When setting up the alert, you will have the option to pin the note, keeping it at the top of the list for users to see.
  5. Once you have completed your alert, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to publish.
