Can I edit a trip after sending for approval?

If a trip has not yet been actioned by your manager - meaning it has ‘Pending’ status - then you can recall the trip.
1. Navigate to Trips > My Trips.
2. Filter these trips by selecting ‘Pending’ on the ‘Trip Status’ filter drop down and click search.
3. Find the trip you want to recall and click the action drop down, then ‘Recall Trip’.
4. You will now be able to edit this trip like any other trip.
5. If your trip has been rejected, follow the above steps but filter by ‘Rejected’.
- In the status column you will see an info icon which contains comments from your manager about why the trip was rejected.
- You can now edit this trip using the dropdown menu in the 'Action' column, and add or remove travel, as well as make any corrections mentioned by your manager.
6. If your trip has already been approved, you will need to create a new trip and delete the previous trip.
