Can I copy/duplicate a trip?

1. Our platform gives you the ability to clone trips directly from the ‘My Trips’ page. The clone function is useful if you have frequently repeated trips that you will need to book multiple times.

2. To access this page, go to the navigation menu, open the ‘Trips’ tab, and then click ‘My Trips’.

3. When viewing the page, you will see there’s an ‘Action’ dropdown on the right side of each trip. Clicking this will give you a few options: view, edit, clone trip, and delete. Depending on your company's policy, you may have two more options; send to travel arranger, and send for approval.

4. Clicking ‘Clone Trip’ will prompt you with a pop-up asking you to set a name and dates for the new cloned trip. After you have filled in the new details and clicked save, the trip will be saved in your trips.
