How can I ensure my account is secure?

- To ensure security, you have the choice to enable two factor authentication from your profile. This adds an extra layer of security by sending your mobile phone a code to use to log in.
- For this, you will be required to have the ‘Google Authenticator’ app on your mobile device.
- Once you have downloaded the Google Authenticator app, you can click the ‘Enable’ button on your Ortharize profile. This will give you a QR code which is to be scanned using the Google Authenticator app.
- Once scanned, ‘password’ codes will be generated to your mobile app, enter these codes into the Ortharize platform to log in.
