What is a One-Time Password (OTP)?

OTP stands for one-time password. These are used when you have forgotten your password and have requested an ‘OTP’ to login. This can sign you into your account without the password, so it’s quicker than resetting your password if you’re in a rush.

  1. If you have forgotten your password, on the login screen, click ‘OTP’.
  2. You are required to input your mobile phone number or your email address used to create the account.
  3. A message will be sent to either your email or mobile phone with a one-time password you can use to log in.
