Can I manually assign points to a user?

Yes, you can manually add points to a user by going to the ‘Point Purchase History’ page in the ‘Rewards’ tab of the navigation menu.

  1. Once on this page, there is a button in the top right corner labelled “Manage Users Wallet”. Clicking this will take you to the page where you can grant user points.
  2. Once loaded, you will be prompted with a dropdown menu for you to select the user who is to receive points, and then a text box for you to input the amount of points to be transferred. 
  3. You can also use this process to remove points from users, by simply selecting the ‘remove’ button instead of the ‘add’ button.
