How do I add my frequent flyer and hotel loyalty programmes?
1. You can add any travel programmes from the ‘Travel Preferences’ page from the User Menu in the top right.
2. On this page, there is a tab at the top labelled ‘Travel Programmes’.
3. When in travel programmes, you have two sections: travel programmes and rail cards.
4. To add a travel programme, choose the type you’d like to add (hotel/air) and then fill in the Airline/Hotel Chain and frequent flyer/guest number.
5. Once filled in, click ‘Save’.
6. You can add more travel programmes by clicking the green ‘+’ icon.
When booking travel, we pass your programme number to the airline and hotel, but these are not always picked up on the other end. It is always worth checking with the airline or hotel that your bookings have been recognised against your membership number.
