Where do I find my tickets once my trip is booked?

1. You can find your ticket or booking reference number in the trip detail once booked. 

2. To find trip detail, navigate to Trips > My Trips, and find the trip you want to see tickets for. Click ‘View’ from the action drop down. Scroll down to view the travel booking details.



3. If you have a rail physical ticket to pick up, you will see your booking reference, as above.

4. If you have a hotel booking you will see your booking reference.

5. If you have a car hire booking you will see your booking reference.

6. If you have a flight booking you will see your booking reference.

7. You will also receive a confirmation email when you book, which will have all the booking details or tickets needed.
