How do I cancel a trip and receive a refund?

1. If you have booked a trip that you would like to cancel, you will need to go to the ‘My Trips’ page, find the trip that is in need of cancellation (a trip can only be cancelled if the status column states ‘BOOKED’). You can filter by status using the filters on the page.

There is a £17 cancellation fee. All fees can be viewed from the ‘Fees & Charges’ document available from Ortharize, or on this page.

2. Once you have found the trip in need of cancellation, you will need to click the action dropdown and then click ‘Cancel Trip’

3. Once you have clicked cancel trip, a pop-up containing relevant information on fees and refund charges will be displayed. On this pop-up, click “Accept and Request for Cancellation”. The request is then sent to Ortharize admin where it will be processed and refunded to your account.
