What format will my online tickets be delivered to me in?

Depending on what kind of travel you have booked, you have different options for your ticket.
- For rail you will have two options:
- An e-ticket, which will be a QR code you can use on your mobile phone/device.
- You will also have the option to pick up physical tickets from the station, known as Ticket On Departure, and for this you will need your booking reference number and any payment card.
- For flights you will have a reference number, which you can either use to check in online via the airline website, or use, along with your name, to check in at the airport.
- For hotels and car hire, you will have a booking reference number which you can give, alongside your name upon arrival.
